Our escapes upstate will offer you the space to let go of the daily grind. On 11 acres we have an herbal garden to understand how plants can support us, a yurt for gathered meditation & movement practices, a pool to play, plus so much more.

Our focus for you will be:

MovementIf we do not have energy, then being a mom can be a drag. We did this to have fun! Kids welcome in our daily movement.

Our practices include yoga and qoya inspired movement to move us to our essence of remembering we are wise, wild and free!

MEALSWe are what we eat. Let’s find solutions to preparing meals, digestion, fermentation, nutrients, sneaking in veggies, mindful eating and everything in between.

We will begin understand some common plants to support our health and how digestion plays a key role in our motivation.

MINDFULNESSWhile eating, doing housework or playing on the playground, mindfulness is a way to tune in to your needs. Each technique brings you closer to your family, community and yourself.
